We're happy and proud to report another scientific publication with support by ESIT! Fellow Matheus Lourenco (Maastricht University/KU Leuven) and ESIT-associate Dr Laure Jacquemin contributed to a study on the effects of COVID-19 on tinnitus - a topic of immensely high importance in this period!
It was found that having COVID-19 symptoms exacerbated tinnitus in 40% of respondents, made no change in 54%, and improved tinnitus in 6%.
